Follow-up Comment #5, sr #106039 (project administration):
I should add that utf8 support is highly desired for localisation projects,
such as the www-xx ones. Not having an accessible list archive means not
having a project-level history for all (especially new) members to refer to.
While there are workarounds (for some of the languages) such as using the
ISO-88... formats for posting to project lists, still the subject cannot be
localised that way, only the message body.
