Details:

I want to edit the .hg/hgrc file of my Mercurial repository of my project
"gdx". How can i do that? I want to add a description as well as contact
information to my repository. I can't do this by myself since you don't
provide shell access. I attached the contents I'd like to have in that file to
this request. Thanks
