[Savannah-help-public] update to mirror list (linking policy)

Here is an patch for the Savannah 00_MIRRORS.txt list to remove an
obsolete mirror, very-clever.com.

It hasn't been updated for 25 days and the direct link
http://www.very-clever.com/download/nongnu/ is just pointing to a spam
"product reviews" page.

I was checking the list to find sites which don't follow the new
policy of "no advertising" (http://www.gnu.org/server/mirror.html)
All the others are ok.

(By the way, on the www.gnu.org mirrors page all the links to mirrors
now use rel="nofollow" to deter spammers from wanting to create
mirrors.)
