Follow-up Comment #3:

I see that your project is newly created.  I have unlocked uploads with
"denyNonFastforwards = false" so that you can overwrite your previous upload. 
I will keep this ticket open until you are ready to have that set back to true
again.  Sometimes people need a couple of turns before they are happy with the
result.  This will allow you to make a few tries.  :-)
