Follow-up Comment #2, sr #109199 (project administration):
Hi Phil - I searched for any "nelson" (real or user name) in the Savannah
accounts, and didn't find any Phil's. Also, there is no bc or dc project
registered.
I think you should just create a new account and submit a new project
registration.
As Brandon replied to you, though, this is all independent of actually
uploading a release to ftp.gnu.org, so feel free to work on that first.
