In a bug-report comment, the phrase "bug #nnnn" is turned into a link to the
relevant bug.  This link used to point to
"https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?nnnn";.  Recently (within the last 48 hours I
think) this URL has been changed, so that such bug numbers now point to
"https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/bugs/?nnnn";, which is a 404 page for any nnnn.
