Follow-up Comment #1:

We discourage simplistic packages on Savannah.  Anyuta is effectively a single
file less than 100 lines long; it could be hosted on a web page and doesn't
need a dedicated Savannah group with all its features.

A side note: Mawk isn't a GNU package, and gnuplot _is_ free, not just "seems
to be".
