It's a Symmetric Encryption programs, that Encrypts the message into the
Fernet algorithm, that belongs to the cryptography module of Python 3.7.4, and
it Encrypts the Passphrased used in the program to decrypt the message, which
is random, in PGP (It uses GPG).
