Thank you!  You've added a copy of the LGPL, but have you read it?

Also, some inconsistency is still present in the URLs your license notices
include; please use the exact form of the copyright notice the GPL Howto
provides.

Then, files like src/llama.i lack copyright and license notices.

To tell the truth, I'm surprised you need directions on these issues; this
isn't the first package you register on Savannah, is it?
