SSH connection issues with Savannah for three weeks

Hello,

I have been experiencing SSH connection issues with Savannah for three 
weeks. Without SSH, everything works perfectly. The problem occurs 
randomly, 90% of the day. It's as if I were being banned from the 
Savannah servers at random intervals.
