It seems that screen on Mac OS 13.2 (22D49) is not able to set high baud rates
when communicating with serial devices.
For example, this command:
```
screen /dev/tty.usbserial-210319B580D41 460800
```
Actually initialized the Serial Device to 9600 baud without showing any error
message. (This is the standard screen that apple provides).
Is this a known problem? Is there a fix available? Is there a way to get apple
to update the included version of screen?
Thanks in advance!
