Details:

The SELF Free Educational Material Definition is online at
http://selfproject.eu/EMD, the list of approved licenses is online at
http://selfproject.eu/EM-Licenses.

Default policy should always be to go with GNU FDL without invariant sections
and no Front-Cover and Back-Cover texts. An explanation for this policy has
been added to the FAQ at http://selfproject.eu/FAQ4#FAQ4.15.

Please change this to the following behaviour:

The licence should be GNU FDL by default, changing the licence should require
going on a separate page, or at least a popup. By default, the user should be
presented with the following

  "License:
   GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL), Version 1.2 with no Invariant
Sections and no Front-Cover or Back-Cover texts.
   Please click here for further license options."

in which "GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL)" should be bold and a link to
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.html. "click here" should be a link to the
"license change" page.

I'll file a separate ticket for the license change page.
