Details:

Attached is a draft for a "Disclaimer" web page in HTML format.

Please add this to the SELF Platform directly.

Once https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?23102 is resolved, "bring the
issue to our attention" in this disclaimer should become a link to the
"Contest Copyright" form, based on the page that the user was looking at prior
to the Disclaimer page.
