Problemas com um shell script para administração de contas de email

Ola pessoal tenho aqui um shell script em perl que foi desenvolvido na empresa 
antes de eu entrar acontece que estava tudo ok até agora a pouco quando ele 
ficou louco e fica aparecendo a seguinte mensagem:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to 
complete your request. 
Please contact the server administrator, address@hidden and inform them of the 
time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused 
the error. 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Ele esta em perl e usa um suidperl -U logo no começo, será que alguem saberia 
me informar o que posso fazer para resolver este problema..
