quebra de linha / traffic control

Olá amigos,

estou tentando retirar a quebra de linha antes de cada "  match",
conforme exemplo..

$ cat arq.txt
filter parent 1: protocol ip pref 2 u32 fh 801::817 flowid 1:1060
 match 00000000/00000000 at 12
 match 0a0b0100/ffffff00 at 16
 match 00500000/ffff0000 at 20
filter parent 1: protocol ip pref 2 u32 fh 801::817 flowid 1:1060
 match 00000000/00000000 at 12
 match 0a0b0100/ffffff00 at 16
 match 00500000/ffff0000 at 20

$ cmd arq.txt
filter parent 1: protocol ip pref 2 u32 fh 801::817 flowid 1:1060
match 00000000/00000000 at 12 match 0a0b0100/ffffff00 at 16 match
00500000/ffff0000 at 20
filter parent 1: protocol ip pref 2 u32 fh 801::817 flowid 1:1060

Ou seja, unificando as linhas... sugestões? :)
