Pegar linha específica de um arquivo

    Preciso de mais uma ajuda. Eu tenho um arquivo mais ou menos assim:

    Quero pegar só as linhas que são diferentes de Sleep, no caso Execute, 
alguém tem idéia de como posso fazer isso??
