apagar arquivos com find

e ai gente,

Com o comando abaixo apago os arquivos com mais de 10 dias:
find ./* -type f -ctime +10 -exec rm -rf {} \;

Com esse apago com menos de 10 dias:
find ./* -type f -ctime -10 -exec rm -rf {} \;

Pergunta:
Como faço pra apagar apenas um período?
Ex: Apagar os arquivos arq6,7,8,9 e 10.
