No LFS, para habilitar o auto-completion do bash, você precisa instalar o
bash-autocompletion ( criativos, não ? ). Veja se não é
esse o caso.
Sua forma de usar o patch está diferente do que comumente usamos:
patch -Np1 < ../bash4-017
