Yes it uses updated code.
CMU dictionary contains pronunciation for raju as follows
RAJU    R AA Y UW
Which reads out to be Rayu. So I don't think this as bug in the code but
in CMU dictionary pronunciation (again may not be a bug if that's how
word is pronounced)
