Details:

The Unicode collation algorithm dataset used by the Sort module -
http://silpa.smc.org.in/Sort is 5.2.0. It needs to be updated with latest
dataset available ie UCA 6.0.0. We have a patched dataset to make the
algorithm compatible with Gnu C library localedata. Need to update that also.
Currently Malayalam patch alone is applied. Apply tamil patch too. rest of the
patches for other languages... later :)
