[silpa-discuss] Implemented REST api for Transliteration , Payyans

Hi, Greetings to all ,

As updated in the ideas list , I have changed the format of the api to following :

GET /api/v1/modulename/function?param1= &param2=

The application is hosted at http://secure-river-6151.herokuapp.com/

Following api's can be tested :

http://secure-river-6151.herokuapp.com/api/v1/transliteration/transliterate/?text=hello%20world&targetlang=ISO15919

http://secure-river-6151.herokuapp.com/api/v1/payyans/ASCII2Unicode/?text=helloworld&font=uma

Please test the above api's . Also JSONRPC is left untouched. Please provid opinions so that apis can be modified . Also Hoping that the project idea will get updated with the new tasks soon .
