Cool. We use the Sphinx documentation and host the documentation on
readthedocs. I think there is already some documentation available for
other modules (though does not recall specifically which).

libndic also has documentation on readthedocs.

libdinc repo development branch. Also we need to rename things in this
repo to use libindic instead of silpa.
