Looking over the patch I see that you chaged the pc size for the m103 and 
m128. I don't think that this is correct. Remember that the PC addresses a 
16 word, thus 2 bytes is sufficient to address the entire 128KB of flash.

Did you run a test to see if you can access the upper 64K with pc size set 
to 2? If that fails, then it needs to bumped to 3, although I suspect 2 is 
correct.

I don't know of an existing avr device that has a 17 bit PC.
