Summary:  Window jumps after hiding/showing layer dialog

Original Submission:  Sketch 0.6.16pre1 and 0.6.15:
Open up sketch. 
Bring up the layers windows, e.g. Windows -> Layers
Hide it, Windows -> Hide Dialogs
Show it again: Windows -> Show Dailogs.

Now select the ellipse tool
and draw a huge ellipse. 
Here the right window border starts to shift back and forth
and if I release the mouse button after dragging the size,
the windows resizes.
