[Sks-devel] Slow stats-page fixed

I just put a fix up on CVS that makes stats-generation MUCH faster.  On
my "sks build" database it now takes 3-4 minutes rather than 2.5 hours. 
Even on my older "sks fastbuild" database, the old method was taking 30
minutes.  So this fix could benefit any SKS installation.

I'll get a release of this out soon, since this is a significant fix,
given that the system is inaccessible when the stats page is built.
