Instead of being a v2/v3 or v4 sig. packet, the version number has been
changed to 20.

According to my SKS logs, 0xCA57AD7C was updated to SKS hash
2C1CFCD1F204EA5CA50C1DBED9A43224 on 2005-07-19. If you can find that
event in your db.log/log.db, the corruption has happened since then.

Did you "sks merge" a keyring with this key into pgpkeys.pca.dfn.de
(SKS 1.0.7) recently? (If not, perhaps your HD is becoming faulty.)
Have you tried forcing "sks cleandb" to get rid of it?

Since the key can't be parsed, "sks drop <hash>" won't work, unfortunately,
even if you do know the hash of the key. (The hash should be showing up
as a permanent diff for all your sync peers.)
