[Sks-devel] keyserver.fabbione.net temporary down

Hi all,

due to a failure to the server internet connection, I had to take down
the sks service temporary.

new line should be available within one or two weeks and everything will
go back to speed.

the server will run from time to time to keep sks in sync but the backup
line simply can't handle the amount of traffic for normal operations.
