Now I had the same error message with spamassassin / sa-compile and
could fix it with:

3. /lib/[subdir/]libgcc.so was missing, so add a symlink from
/lib/[subdir/]libgcc.so.1 to /lib/[subdir/]libgcc.so (same directory).
