Yeah, as of right now 1.3 million people are without power during one of
the worst heat streaks DC has ever recorded for the month of June.
Pepco, the local power utility, says it may take between a week and
fifteen days to get everyone back operational.  Power around here has
been solid as a rock, but TV and internet are both out and connectivity
is provided by a 4G wireless card for my laptop.  Traffic and street
lights are out all over the place.

So, yeah, if you're peered with any keyserver in the greater DC Metro
Area, be warned they may be down and may be unable to check in here to
say so.  :)
