Hi all,

I am having severe web server problems. Reconciliation is still
happening, from what I can see, but hkp and hkps, which require the
web server, cannot.

The web server (apache 2.4) problems are a real headache and at this
time, I have no projected uptime. It is urgent, however, as my
dissertation research depends on it. I'm going to be real unhappy if I
have to switch to nginx (which I've failed miserably at getting
working with php before).
