Following the release of SKS 1.1.6 I expect to make this the minimum
required version for the subset pool when a sufficient number of servers
have been upgraded to the new version. This means that
subset.pool.sks-keyservers.net will be ECC safe for all of ECDSA (NIST,
Brainpool, serpent etc as defined by RFC6637) as well as Ed25519 signing
and Curve25519 encryption keys.

updated when this change happens in, hopefully a relatively short time.
