[Sks-devel] A few beginners questions

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up an SKS server with help from various 'howtos'.  It
seems to be going quite well, but I'm having a few problems -

How do tell the sks daemon to use the config file (/etc/sks/sksconf). 
The reason I think it isn't being used is that the following page isn't
showing the configured hostname

http://sks.lockmail.net:11371/pks/lookup?op=stats

Where can I find a reliable dump, one howto I was using listed three but
they were all down.
