[Sks-devel] sks.lockmail.net change of IP

Hi all,

On Monday between 13.00 - 15.00 UTC I'll be moving my SKS server to a
new server.  Although the hostname will stay the same the IP's will
change.  I hope this won't cause any problems for my current peers or
the system as a whole, but it's unfortunately a necessary move.
