I am confused about the "SKS directory" location.
Is it where the config files are ( /etc/sks in my Debian instance) or
is it where the DB files are ( /var/lib/sks in my Debian instance) ?
Are they both supposed to be the same place ?
Which is the CWD for when sks runs ?
