Please see my draft proposal for a CBM here:

It is proposed to solve current ambiguities and would particularly effect 
Malayalam. It also address concerns I have herd from Kanada users. As far as 
Malayalam implementers is concerned, If this proposal were to be excepted, in 
current apps, you would need to replace ZWNJs with CBMs

Questions:
Do you think this is needed?
Is the proposal acceptable and is it the way to go?
Are there better examples I should be using?
Are the examples correct?
Can you supply examples in other scripts?
