[Social] Next steps

Diaspora and others are working on social software.

We need to ensure there's a protocol for all these networks to communicate.

Enter OStatus.

OStatus, the protocol behind StatusNet, seems like a good fit to start.

Sean Corbett is preparing a wiki page with the current OStatus draft on
it. We should all read this, and then figure out what extensions we need
to make.

Someone needs to make a simple social network (ie. Facebook clone) in
PHP and implement this protocol as simply as possible.
