I am pleased to announce that the winner of the GNU social logo 
competition is Jonas Laugs's logo with Steven DuBois's lettering.

Jonas's logo combines symbols for GNU and conversation in an appealing 
form that will reproduce well at different sizes and in different media.

A big thank you to everyone who entered, it's been great seeing all the 
different ways of visually expressing the concepts behind GNU social 
that you've come up with.
