Most GNU projects use Savannah, we actually use gitorious. I think
that move could be easy.
Getting all the bugs into a single bug tracker would be good -- could
be Foo's Redmine or GNU's DebBugs.
Redirecting the site would be great.
In terms of the GNU social codebase, I think StatusNet could just be
renamed -- we don't have much to speak of, and our branch can be
renamed 'old' or something...
