This means that the espeak-ng-mbrola module crashed for some reason.
What is surprising is that speech-dispatcher is supposed to notice that
and collect it. As usual, posting the speechd logs (probably somewhere
in /run/user/*/speech-dispatcher, depending on your distribution) will
tell us what happened.
