[Stratagus-CVS] Dev-C++

Hello All,

I have been on a quest to find a Dev-C++ project for Stratagus.  I just
found someone with a slightly out of date project that they will be giving
to me and I will bring it up to date.

I have received numerous emails from folks wanting to get the project if I
find it.

Once I get the project up to date I would like to have it added to the CVS
tree, probably in its own folder with a read me I can provide to talk people
through any set up issues.

It would probably be a BAD idea to give me access to CVS as a project member
at this point.  Im just learning my way around CVS and would probably do
something horrendous.

If there is a consensus that this is worth adding to the CVS tree let me
know and I will provide the project once I have it up to date.
