- de-boldify Articles header when set from the code too: I consider those list 
control labels, see HIG 8.2, and besides I prefer them this way, less 
distracting. also add the missing : to the end of the subscriptions label
- propertyize Feed.get_next_refresh, make it return None if the feed won't be 
automatically refreshed
- hide the next refresh displays the selected feed won't be automatically 
refreshed
