Summary: remove feed info display and show the information in the properties 
dialog instead, show feed name and link in the article header.
Keywords: 

FeedInfoDisplay was causing trouble for window resizes etc.

Also add an empty paragraph before the additional info stuff to avoid getting 
it next to the article body
