[STUMP] Fixed build for Clozure CL 1.2

Hello,

a fix for Clozure CL 1.2 (the former OpenMCL) sits in the ccl branch
in my git tree[1]. With these minor tweaks, it seems to work fine.

Well, take it from an old hand: the only reason it would be easier to
program in C is that you can't easily express complex problems in C,
