I can confirm the same behavior building against sbcl 1.0.28.
I filed a bug report yesterday morning: http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?26758
Specifically, I think its related to stumpwm::generate-manual calling
generate-function-doc for pathname-is-executable-p, which was changed
in the last commit.
