Hmm. There was a commented line at the beginning of my .stumpwmrc: ;debian=sbclI deleted that and restarted, and now it looks fine. I'm not sure if that makes sense? I also corrected the Super key binding, and added some tweaks to the display of message and input windows, none of which I'd expect to effect Emacs. Strange. In any case, all appears to be fine now. I'll send screenshots if I manage to break it again.
