Slots for Texinfo

Maximum number of slots is 1.

Have clicked "Want to mentor" button on one project. Another project
is also acceptable but only one of the two can be accepted, so the
maximum number of slots is still 1.

Don't know what minimum number of slots should be, I suppose it is 0
in that we wouldn't demand a slot in case it would be better to assign
it to another project.
