Swarm 1.1 Available

The Swarm team at the Santa Fe Institute is pleased to announce that
Swarm 1.1 is ready.

The main feature of this release is support for Windows 95 and Windows NT.
For this, you first need to download the GNU-Win32 development environment
from from Cygnus Solutions.

As expected, there are some disruptive changes in this release.  
We should have a porting document available soon, and general
documentation updates following shortly after that.  Meanwhile, please
