Swarm Development Group 501(c)(3) status

Dear Swarm Community,

        The Swarm Development Group has been granted 501(c)(3) status 
(not-for-profit publicly supported organization designation) by the
Internal Revenue Service / U.S. Department of the Treasury.  This means 
that contributions made to the Swarm Development Group are tax-deductible 
donations and may be used by the contributor to offset taxable income for 
the year.

   Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution the Swarm Development
Group before the year's end!  (Contributions made prior to September 2nd, 1999
are retroactively tax-deductible as well.)
