If anyone is actively mirroring our ftp site, ftp.swarm.org please let
us and the CSCS administrators know by e-mailing:

 cscs.admins at umich dot edu.

(or simply reply to this message)

We are currently being hammered by downloads which probably result
from attempted mirroring of the site, we need to co-ordinate
appropriate times to do the download so they are done at low traffic
times and don't interfere with other users attempting to get files.

If anyone is going to be downloading a lot of data from the ftp server
over an extended period, please also let us know as well.
