Hi Glen, try opening the gorm file, Heatbugs.gorm, in Gorm.app. I'm not sure what the versions are but if the Heatbugs file is older/newer than the current version of the Gorm libraries then that can cause a loading problem. If you can load it into Gorm then maybe save it so it is with the same version format.

I've tried placing "." and/or $PWD into the GNUSTEP_PATHLIST to no
effect.  Any hints?

Just to be clear, I can run all the GNUStep examples that come with
Debian using "openapp Gorm.app".
